Refund & Returns Policy

At AriaWorld.in, returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the parcel before opening, seal condition, and the full unboxing process without cuts. Return or refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and invoice included. Used items, products damaged after delivery, minor colour/size variations, and items without an unboxing video are not eligible for return or refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to the customer’s bank/UPI/original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
