At AriaWorld.in, all orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment or COD confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier partner service. Customers must provide the correct full address and phone number for smooth delivery. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your shipment. Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, festivals, or unexpected issues are not under our control. If a package is undeliverable due to a wrong address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply. We ensure secure packaging for all musical instruments; however, customers must record a full unboxing video to claim any damage. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
